摘要 在加工过程中产生的残余应力容易导致弱刚度结构件变形,因此,研究残余应力对加工变形的影响规律具有十分重要的意义。针对外轮毂,建立了弱刚度结构件切削加工过程的有限元模型,通过分析不同切削参数产生的残余应力沿工件深度方向的分布规律,得到了切削参数对残余应力的影响规律,并通过实验验证了仿真结果的准确性。最后,通过分析不同切削参数产生的残余应力导致的加工变形,得到了残余应力对加工变形的影响规律,为加工工艺的优化提供了理论基础。 The cutting induced residual stress of weak-rigidity parts has great influence on part distortion because of the weak rigidity and large material removal. So ,the study of influence of residual stress on machining distortion is of momentous significance. The finite element model (FEM) of hub brake cap cutting process is established. The influence rules of the cutting parameters on the residual stress are obtained with the analysis of the residual stress distribution along with the depth of the workpiece caused by different cutting parameters. The rules are validated by experiments. At last ,the influence rules of the residual stress on the machining distortion are obtained by the analysis of the machining distortion due to residual stress induced by different cutting parameter ,which provide the basis of machining process optimization.
