重组人干扰素α-2b联合盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗老年人带状疱疹临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Plus Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride to Herpes Zoster in Old Patients

目的观察比较重组人干扰素α-2b联合盐酸伐昔洛韦片与单用盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗老年带状疱疹患者效果。方法将2010-2014年收治的66例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组32例,对照组34例。观察比较两组患者接受治疗前后临床指标、治疗过程中副反应、临床疗效及带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率等情况。结果 1观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。3治疗后,两组患者的后遗神经痛发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b联合盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗老年带状疱疹疗效优于单用盐酸伐昔洛韦片,且未增多药物副反应。但对减少带状疱疹后遗神经痛方面未发现明显效果。

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b plus trimetazidine dihydrochloride and trimetazidine dihydrochloride alone on old patients with herpes zoster (HZ). Methods 66 patients admitted to our institute during 2010 to 2014 were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group has 34 patients and the observateion group has 32 patients. Data were obtained about several clinical indexes , side effects during treatment , clinical efficacy and the incidence of heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster. Results The clinical efficacy is significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group ( P<0. 05). Pain scores of the patients in the observation group are significantly lower than those in the control group( P< 0. 05). The incidences of heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster between the two groups are not statistically different ( P>0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b plus trimetazidine dihydrochloride is better than trimetazidine dihydrochloride alone on old patients with herpes zoster ,and do not have more side effects. But it has no obvious effect in reducing heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster.
