半夏泻心汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎80例

80 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis of Cold-and-Heat Mixed Type Treated with Modified Siwu Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction

目的:探讨采用中药半夏泻心汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效。方法:将符合寒热错杂型标准的80例UC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组每日给予半夏泻心汤合桃红四物汤加减口服,对照组每日单纯给予美沙拉嗦口服。结果:治疗组40例病人中,完全缓解19人,有效16人,完全缓解率47.5%,总有效率87.5%;对照组40人,完全缓解12人,有效16人,完全缓解率30.0%,总有效率70.0%。治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:本研究显示口服加味半夏泻心汤治疗脾胃虚弱型溃疡性结肠炎,较5-氨基水杨酸灌肠法临床疗效更佳。

Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Taohongsiwu Decoction onulcerative colitis of cold-and-heat mixed type. Methods： 80 cases of UC of cold-and-heat mixed type were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group, each of 40 cases.The treatment group was given daily doses of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and TaohongsiwuDecoction orally, while the control group was treated daily beauty salad winded oral. Results： In the treatment group, 19 cases got completerelieved, 16 cases improved, with complete relief rate of 47.50% and the total efficiency of 87.50%. And in the control group, 12 cases gotcomplete relieved,16 cases improved, with complete relief rate of 30% and the total efficiency of 70%. The effects of the treatment groupwere significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The oral administration of Banxia Xiexin Decoction showsbetter effects than 5- amino salicylic acid enema on ulcerative colitis of spleen-and-stomach deficiency type.
