通窍活血汤加减治疗血管神经性头痛60例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Vascular Neuralgia Headache Treated by Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction

目的:探讨通窍活血汤加减治疗血管神经性头痛的疗效。方法:选择2012年3月—2014年3月在我院门诊治疗诊断血管神经性头痛患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用通窍活血汤加减治疗,观察组采用氟桂嗪胶囊治疗,4周为1个疗程,疗程结束后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率70.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤加减治疗血管神经性头痛疗效确切。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on treating vascular neuralgia headache.Methods： 60 cases of vascular neuralgia headache selected from the outpatient department of our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. each group had 30 cases. The treatment group was given Tongqiao HuoxueDecoction and the control group was treated with flunarizine. One course lasted 4 weeks. After 1 course, the clinical efficacy was observed.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7% and the control group was 70%. The difference was statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction has definite clinical effects on treatment of vascular neuralgia headache.
