灯盏花素注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Breviscapine Injection on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨灯盏花素注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的急性脑梗死患者108例,随机分为观察组和对照组各54例。对照组采用急性脑梗死的诊疗常规进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上,加用灯盏花素注射液静脉滴注进行治疗。治疗4周后,对比两组患者治疗前后NIHSS评分变化情况以及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急性脑梗死的治疗中,应用灯盏花素注射液能够显著提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Breviscapine Injection on treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods： 108 patients with acute cerebral infarction were brought into the study and randomly divided into observation group and controlgroup, with 54 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Patients inthe observation group, based on the treatment of the control group, were treated with Breviscapine injection. After 4 weeks treatment, theNIHSS scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment, the NIHSS score of the observationgroup was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, application of Breviscapineinjection can significantly improve the clinical curative effect.
