基于中医的农村地区高血压患者的管理方法

Management method of Traditional Chinese Medicine in patients with hypertension in rural region

目的:总结一套基于中医的适合农村地区的高血压患者的管理方法。方法:以甘肃省临夏回族自治州临夏县尹集乡新兴村常驻100名高血压患者为研究对象,将患者100人随机分为对照组(50人)和实验组(50人),对照组患者只接受药物治疗,实验组患者除接受药物治疗外还接受农村地区高血压患者的管理方法,8个月后比较两组患者高血压治疗的有效率(高血压控制理想的患者所占的比例)。结论:对照组患者血压控制理想21例,有效率42%,实验组患者血压控制理想32例,有效率为64%,两种方法差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在贫困地区推行以中医为基础的适合高血压患者的管理方法是切实可行,值得推广的。

Objective To summarize a set of management method based on Chinese medicine for patients with hypertension in ruralregion. Methods： 100 hypertensive patients in Xinxing, Yinji Village, Linxia County, Linxia County Hui Autonomous Prefecture, GansuProvince as the research objects were selected and divided into the control group （50 people） and the experimental group （50 people）.Patients in the control group only received drug therapy, while the patients in the experimental group received drug treatment with themanagement methods for the rural patients with hypertension. Hypertensive patients were compared between the two groups after 8 monthsof treatment efficiency （hypertension control ideal of the proportion of patients）. Conclusion： 21 cases in the control group were controlledand the effective rate was 42%, 32 cases in the experimental group were controlled and the effective rate was 64%, the difference betweenthe two methods was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions： In poor region, the implementation of management methods for the patients withhypertension on the base of Chinese medicine is feasible and practical, which is worthy of promotion.
