康复新液联合糖皮质激素保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎158例临床疗效观察

Clinical Effects Observation of Kangfu Xin Solution Combined with Glucocorticoid Retention Edema on 158 cases of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探索缩短溃疡性结肠炎(乙状结肠-直肠)得到临床缓解的恢复时间的方法。方法:溃疡性结肠炎(乙状结肠-直肠为主)患者药物灌肠治疗的病例158例,随机分为两组:A组:康复新液50 ml(湖南科伦)加甲硝唑氯化钠注射液50 ml加地塞米松注射剂10 mg加山莨菪碱注射剂10 mg,局部灌肠,1次/d,疗程10 d;B组:甲硝唑氯化钠注射液100ml+地塞米松注射剂10 mg加山莨菪碱注射剂10 mg,局部灌肠,1次/d,疗程10 d;疗程结束后观察患者症状缓解情况。在治疗过程中,两组均未见明显不良反应。结果:两种方式治疗后患者的症状及肠镜下黏膜变化均有改善,但治疗组的临床总体疗效、主要症状疗效及肠黏膜的疗效均优于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义。结论:康复新液联合糖皮质激素灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效确切,副作用少,为我们中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供了一种有效的方案。

Objective To explore methods of shortening clinical remission duration of ulcerative colitis （sigmoid-rectum）. Methods：158 cases of ulcerative colitis （sigmoid-rectum） were randomly divided into two groups： Group A： Kangfuxin Solution 50ml （Kelun,Hunan） ＋ Metronidazole and Sodium Chloride Injection 50ml ＋ Dexamethasone Injection 10mg ＋ Anisodamine Injection 10 mg for localedema, each/day, 10d/course; Group B： Metronidazole and Sodium Chloride Injection 50ml ＋ Dexamethasone Injection 10mg ＋Anisodamine Injection 10 mg for local edema, each/day, 10d/course. And we observed remission of patients after the course. In thetreatment process, no adverse reaction occurred. Results： Patients’ symptoms and intestinal mucosa under enteroscope of both groups gotsome improvements, while the total efficiency, effects for main symptoms and intestinal mucosa of the Group A were superior to those ofthe Group B, with differences of statistical significance. Conclusion： Kangfuxin Solution combined with glucocorticoid retention edemashows exact effects on ulcerative colitis with little adverse reaction, which provide a effective therapy of integrated medicine for ulcerativecolitis.
