黄芪建中汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effects Observation of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Recurrence of Peptic Ulcer

目的:探讨黄芪建中汤联合西药方式对消化性溃疡临床治疗效果。方法:随机选择2013年3月—2014年4月在我院收治的66例消化性溃疡患者,分为对照组与观察组两组,每组33例,给予对照组单纯西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上,给予黄芪建中汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及复发率。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),复发率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),均具有统计学意义。结论:黄芪建中汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡,可改善患者临床症状,并降低远期复发率,值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical effects of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with western medicine on peptic ulcer（PU）. Methods： 66 cases of PU treated in our hospital from March 2013 to April 2014 were divided into control group and observation,each of 33 cases. The control group was given simple western medicine while the observation group was treated with Huangqi JianzhongDecoction based on western medicine, and the effects and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of theobservation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）; the recurrencewas statistically significant lower than that of the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huangqi JianzhongDecoction combined with western medicine can improve patients’ clinical symptoms and decrease long-term recurrence,which deservesclinical promotion and application.
