丹参酮联合玫芦消痤膏治疗寻常型痤疮临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment of acne vulgaris by tanshinone combined with Meilu Xiaozuo Cream

目的:探讨丹参酮联合玫芦消痤膏治疗寻常型痤疮临床疗效。方法:选取本单位皮肤病门诊皮肤科近期收治寻常型痤疮患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例),分别采用丹参酮单用治疗和此基础上加用玫芦消痤膏治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效和随访复发率等。结果:对照组和试验组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为73.3%(22/30),96.7%(29/30);试验组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组和试验组患者随访复发率分别为16.7%(5/30),3.3%(1/30);试验组患者随访复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮联合玫芦消痤膏治疗寻常型痤疮可显著改善皮损症状体征,降低远期复发风险,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of tanshinone combined with Meilu Xiaozuo Cream in the treatment of acnevulgaris. Methods： 60 patients with acne vulgaris were chosen and randomly divided into the control group （30 cases） and the treatmentgroup （30 cases） , respectively treated with tanshinone and Meilu Xiaozuo Cream based on therapy above; the clinical efficacy andrecurrent rate of the two groups with follow-up of both groups were compared. Results： The clinical total effective rate of the control groupand the treatment group were separately 73.3%（22/30）, 96.7%（29/30）. The clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly better thanthat of the control group （P〈0.05）. The recurrent rate with follow-up of control group and treatment group were separately 16.7%（5/30）,3.33%（1/30）. The recurrent rate with follow-up of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Tanshinone combined with Meilu Xiaozuo Cream can efficiently improve the symptoms and signs of lesion and reduce therisk of recurrence in the treatment of acne vulgaris, which has great clinical value.
