中西医结合治疗结直肠癌的疗效观察

Therapeutic observation on treatment of colorectal cancer by integrated Chinese and Western medicine

目的:总结分析中西医结合治疗结直肠癌的疗效。方法:选择80例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者仅接受单纯化疗治疗,观察组患者应用中西医治疗,观察两组临床症状、生存质量差异。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率80.00%明显高于对照组55.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者临床受益率90.0%明显高于对照组70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能在一定程度上抑制结直肠癌病情发展,缓解患者疼痛,改善生活质量,临床值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on colorectal cancer. Methods： 80cases of colorectal cancer in this study were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, while patients in the observation group were treated with integratedChinese and Western medicine. The clinical symptoms and quality of life differences were observed. Results： The total effective rate of theobservation group was 80.0% , significantly higher than the control group 55.0%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）;the clinical benefit rate of the observation group patients was 90%, significantly higher than that of the control group 70%, and thedifference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Integrated Chinese and Western medicine can inhibit the progression ofcolorectal cancer to certain extent ,relieve pain in patients and improve quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
