彩色多普勒超声在子宫内膜癌早期诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Early Diagnosis of Endometrial Cancer

目的:探索彩色多普勒超声在子宫内膜癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:我院妇科接受手术及病理确诊为子宫内膜癌的患者共81例,术前均在我院行彩超检查。所有研究对象经手术或诊刮后送组织病理检查。送检标本均经常规石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察。结果:本研究81例研究对象,术前均行TVCDS检查,初步诊断为子宫内膜癌70例,诊断符合率为86.4%,误诊11例,误/漏诊率为13.6%。II期及III期血流情况阻力指数与Ib+Ic期相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒阴道超声在子宫内膜癌早期诊断中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the early diagnosis of endometrial cancer. Methods： 81cases who received surgery and pathologically diagnosed as endometrial cancer in the gynecological department of our hospital all receivedultrasonography. After surgery or curettage, all patients were sent for pathological diagnosis. The Submission of specimens were checkedby paraffin sections, HE staining and light microscope. Results： In this study, all the 81 patients underwent TVCDS examination and 70patients were initially diagnosed as endometrial cancer. The diagnosis rate was 86.4%. 11 cases were misdiagnosed and the wrong / misseddiagnosis rate was 13.6%. The difference of the blood flow resistance index of between II, III stage and Ib ＋ Ic stage was statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Color Doppler transvaginal ultrasound has a high value in the early diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
