古今中外都有冤案发生,近年来由于几大冤案在我国接连出现,冤案问题已引起社会广泛关注.冤案的酿成有着复杂的因素,其中也有逻辑意识的淡薄、逻辑规律的违背、逻辑规则的违反和逻辑论证的不足等逻辑因素.法律人应具备相应的逻辑素养,在逻辑意识和逻辑思维中执法,以有效避免冤假错案的发生.培养逻辑素养需要学点逻辑知识,锻炼逻辑能力,运用逻辑艺术.

There have been injustices in ancient and modern time, in China and foreign countries. Due tothe emergence of several major injustices in our country during recent years, this issue has been aroused widespreadconcern. The factors, such as the weakness of the logic sense, the deviation of the logic discipline, theviolation of the logic rules and the sufficience of the logic proof and so on, are complicated. In order to avoidoccuring the injustice, the law practitioners should possess the appropriate logic literacy and enforce the law withlogic sense and thinking. They should be required to learn the logical knowledge, train the logical ability and exertlogical art to develop logic literacy.
