当前,有1.3 亿新生代农民工在全国各地务工、生活,他们的人数将越来越多.新农民工是工业化、现代化建设的主角,是城镇化发展的主体与客体.全员培训新农民工属惠民、富民之实事,是促进就业和提高劳动力素质的治本之策.地方政府在培训新农民工方面要发挥主导作用,采取切实有力的措施,把提升新农民工素质能力和工作绩效、生活水平作为培训主旨,抓好安全、质量能力等方面的培训.

Nowadays, there are 130 million rural migrant workers of new generation working and livingaround the country, and the number is increasing. Rural migrant workers play a leading role in the constructionof the industrialization and modernization period, and they also serve as the subjects and objects in the developmentof urbanization. Therefore, the training of migrant workers and serving as the essential strategy for promotingemployment and laborer’s quality. In the process of training rural migrant workers of new generation, localgovernment should play a dominant role to take effective measures to train their sense of security and quality forimproving their comprehensive quality, employee’s performance and life standards.
