摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法测定注射用复合维生素中残留草酸的方法.采用Phenomenex Rezex ROA-Organic acid 3.7 mm×150 mm的强阳离子交换柱(H+型),紫外检测器,以0.01 mol/L的硫酸为流动相.结果显示:在选定的色谱条件下,草酸的线性良好,回收率为98.1%~100.4%.所测试的3批样品中均未检出草酸. A method for contents determination of oxalic acid in Vitamin complex injection by HPLC was built. The experimental conditions were Phenomenex Rezex ROA-Organic acid 3.7 mm × 150 mm (H+) column, UV wavlength was 210 nm, injection volumn was 20μL, column temperature was 60℃ and mobile phase was 0.01 mol/L H2SO4. The results indicated that the linearity was good. The average recovery was 98.1%--100.4%. Detection of three batches of Vitamin complex injection were used the es- tablished method, and the results were not detected oxalic acid.
