城市生活垃圾焚烧处理污染防治方法探讨

Probe into Prevention and Control Measures of Pollution in Incineration and Treatment of Urban Domestic Refuse

随着城市人口增加,生活垃圾产生量也日益增多,国内多个城市采取垃圾焚烧发电方式处理生活垃圾,极大程度缓解了"垃圾围城"的局面。目前国内外对垃圾焚烧处理工艺系统优化的探讨较多,少有对垃圾焚烧处理从业人员工作环境污染、危害及防护的专题论述。文章以北京市某项目为例,分析了垃圾焚烧发电过程中的污染源及危害因素,对职业病的防护设施设计进行了探讨。

Along with the increasing of urban population, the output quantities of urban refuse are increasing with eachpassing days. Many cities adopt refuse incineration and generation electricity modes to treat domestic refuse in our countryand to relax the situation of “city encircled by refuse”. At the present time, a lot of discussions are laid on the system optimizationof refuse incineration and treatment technology but little talks about the working environmental pollution, harm and safetyof workers engaged in refuse incineration and treatment. By taking a certain project in Beijing as an example, the paper analyzesthe pollution sources and harmful factors in the course of refuse incineration and generation electricity and discusses thesafeguards design of occupational diseases.
