摘要
上海的郊野地区是建设用地增效减量的主战场,郊野单元规划是统筹郊野地区土地利用、空间布局的综合性实施规划。针对目前郊野单元规划实施推进工作中存在的难点问题,提出了规划编制和实施需要深化研究的技术途径与工作方向。
Development of the countryside is a contentious way to improve efifciency and reduce the amount of construction in Shanghai. Country unit planning is a comprehensive development strategy, which guides overall land use and spatial layout in the countryside. This study describes existing problems in the countryside, outlines key technology, and presents further research directions to help in the preparation and implementation of country unit planning.
