摘要
文章探讨了通用汽车产品开发过程中,通过工程变更管理流程来保证与工程变更相关的产品数据进行正确及时传输到下游采购、运输及线上使用跟踪与管理,实现数据上下游传递的单一性,缩短开发周期,不断提升产品智能系统,以满足客户越来越高的需求。
This paper discusses the general automotive product development process, through the engineering change management process to ensure that products and engineering changes related data are correct and timely transfer to the downstream procurement, transportation and line tracking and management, to achieve a single transfer downstream data, shorten the development cycle, improve the product system, to meet the customer more and more high demand.
