摘要
人力资源作为高职院校实现自身发展的核心要素,其有效运用与管理,已逐渐成为当前高校可持续发展的重要研究内容。文章分析了其在新时期战略发展的主要定位,评估了人力资源管理改革的力度,并对其机制创新提出了一定的见解。
Human resources as the core elements of higher vocational colleges to achieve their own development, the effective use and management, has gradually become an important research content of the sustainable development of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the main development strategy in the new period, the evaluation of human resources management reform, and some opinions on the mechanism innovation.
