摘要 介绍一种油气田开发过程中,油井正常生产状态下,运用井下智能开关器对油井进行分层开采、分层测试、堵水调层及任意层多层合采的工艺技术。该技术主要由智能开关器和智能分层开采及遥控调层工艺两部分组成。分层开采管柱采用丢手方式或整体管柱下入井中,用封隔器将井下各层位封隔,管柱上对应的每一个目的层位安装一套智能开关器,智能开关器能够按照预先设定的时序,或根据地面遥控发送编码指令工作,打开或关闭层位的进液通道,实现油井的分层测试、分层开采、堵水调层及任意层多层合采,同时开关器内置或外挂的压力仪还可获得油层的压力恢复和压力降落曲线。 A kind of technology which involves a downhole intelligent switch used in separate zone production,zonal testing,water plugging,production zone adjusting and concurrent production with several zone was introduced. It consists of intelligent switch and intelligent separate zone production / remote production zone adjustment. The separate zone production strings of the technology can be set down by releasing or without releasing sub,donwhole formations are separated by packers,each formation installed a set of intelligent switch. Each intelligent switch can work according to the preset time schedule or coded demand sent from surface to open or shut the fluid channel of the corresponding formation to fulfill separate zone producing,zonal testing,water plugging,production zone adjusting and concurrent producing with several zone. Meanwhile the pressure testing tool in or outside the switch can gain the pressure buildup or pressure breakdown curve.
