城市绿地可持续发展理念的模式转型研究

Study on the Model Transformation of the Sustainable Development Concept of City Green Space

自20世纪90年代末以来,可持续发展理念对我国城市绿地理论研究和建设实践产生了重要影响,被视为化解城市问题的一种共同诉求,普遍认同城市绿地可持续发展是实现城市可持续发展的关键环节。由于城市绿地可持续发展理念的理想模式存在三元独立折衷平衡的内隐缺陷,导致城市绿地建设中不同利益导向下三元关系的扭曲,偏离了促进城市可持续发展的轨迹,城市绿地可持续发展理念新模式的转型探索成为研究趋势。从整体的系统观出发,揭示城市绿地的生态、社会、经济功能之间回归生态本位的内生依附互动关系,构建一种以"包含—融合"为特征的城市绿地可持续发展新模式,从根本上化解城市绿地非可持续建设,推动城市可持续发展。

Since 1990 s,the concept of sustainable development has an important impact on Chinese city green space theory research and construction practice. As a common demand of resolving the city problems, city green sustainable development is the key to realize the sustainable development of the city. Because of the implicit defect inside the city green space sustainable development concept ideal model, there is the distorted of the relationship between ecological, economic and social by different interest oriented. So the transition of the city green sustainable development concept model has become a research trend. From the point of the whole system view, this paper reveals the endogenous attachment relationship of the city green ecology, society, economic function under the ecological standard, and constructs a new mode of green city sustainable development as the characteristic of ＂includes and fusion＂, in order to fundamentally resolve the city green non sustainable construction and promote the sustainable development of the city.
