小区居民日常出行特征及配套公共服务设施规划布局研究——基于无锡市小区的对比研究

Planning Layout Research on the Features of Travel and Relevant Public Service Facilities of Community Resident:Comparative Study on Community in Wuxi City

配套公共服务设施布局程度不同的小区居民会根据自身的特点产生相应的日常出行活动,而这些出行活动同时也会反过来对配套公共服务设施的规划布局提出相应要求。该文基于第一手调查数据,以无锡市为案例,对居民日常出行特征进行调查,试图分析居民日常出行特征与配套公共服务设施规划布局的相关性,寻求在不同的配套公共服务设施规划布局条件下居民日常生活出行行为的差异,探讨影响居民日常生活出行的动因,并针对居民日常出行的便利性提出相应规划建议。

Different daily living travels will happen to residents living in residential quarters with different layouts of relevant public facilities. At the same time, these activities will put forward new requirements for the layout of relevant public facilities. Based on first-hand survey data and by the case of Wuxi, the features of residents＇ living travel are studied to analyze the relationship between relevant public service facilities and the daily living travel and seek differences of residents＇ living travel in residential quarters under the conditions of different relevant public facilities. Furthermore, the potential power affecting the residents＇ daily livings is explored and planning proposals are proposed based on the convenience of daily living travel.
