摘要
本文通过对无偿献血志愿者队伍发展现状的梳理,分析了我国无偿献血志愿者组织日常管理中存在问题,提出了解决问题的对策和建议,旨在推动无偿献血志愿者队伍建设向制度化、规范化、专业化发展转型,从而不仅促进无偿献血更好、更快的发展,保障临床用血,而且有助于公民社会的尽早建立。
This paper analyzed the problems existing in the daily management of blood donation volunteers, put forward to resolve the related problems, in order to promote establishment of blood donation volunteer with institutionalization, standardization and professionalization and to strengthen team management with good guidance. By ensuring clinical blood use can help to establish a civil society.
