三联疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Ankylosing Spondylitis Treated by Triple Therapy

目的:观察针刺、拔罐配合中药口服治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:150例随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例,治疗组用针刺、拔罐配合中药口服,对照组用柳氮磺吡啶片,两组治疗3个月。结果:治疗结束后采用巴氏AS评分系统评价治疗效果,两组总有效率比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺、拔罐配合中药口服治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture, cupping therapy combined with oral Chinese herbs in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Method： 150 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 75 cases in the treatment group and 75 cases in the control group. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture, cupping therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine while the control group were treated with sulfasalazine tablets. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Result： After the treatment, Pap AS scoring system was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups. The total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture, cupping therapy combined with Chinese herbs has significant clinical therapeutic effect on ankylosing spondylitis.
