补肾抗骨质增生丸配合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的:观察补肾抗骨质增生丸配合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,对照组给予透明质酸钠经关节腔注射,观察组给予补肾抗骨质增生丸内服配合中药熏洗。结果:总有效率观察组92.5%、对照组75.0%。复发率观察组2.5%、对照组20.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:补肾抗骨质增生丸与中药熏洗联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果确切,安全性高,治后不易复发。

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Replenishing Kidney for Anti-osteoarthritis Pills combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method： 80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases of each. The control group were given intra-artieular injection of sodium hyaluronate while the observation group were given Replenishing Kidney for Anti-osteoarthritis Pills combined with herbal fumigation. The therapeutic condition and relapse rate of the two groups were observed. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5% while that of the control group was 75.0%. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.5% while that of the control group was 20.0%. There was statistical significance between two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . There was no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups. Conclusion： In the treatment of klaee osteoarthritis, Replenishing Kidney for Anti-osteoarthritis Pills combined with herbal fumigation has exact effect, high safety and less recurrence after treatment.
