摘要
电力用户基准负荷作为评估电力需求侧管理的一种重要手段被广泛采用,因此电力用户基准负荷的计算是否准确意义重大。为了解决工程中基准负荷的准确计算问题,在对已有的基准负荷法进行详细探讨的基础上,以山东省某地区矿物制品业中的2类用户为例,进行了各方法的仿真计算,并基于对结果和误差的分析比较,总结了每种方法在应用上的优缺点及提高计算精度的改进方向。
As an important evaluation method, customer baseline load (CBL) is widely used in demand side management (DSM). Thus, an exact CBL is vital for the evaluation of DSM pro- grams. In order to obtain an accurate CBL for engineering applica- tion, some of the existing baseline methods are introduced in de- tail. Two large industry customers of Shandong province are taken as examples. Comparisons among the results of these methods are studied. Then, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized and the improvement direction of calculation accu- racy is presented.
