摘要
在充分分析有序用电意义和目标的基础上,结合需求侧管理和需求响应理论,深入探讨有序用电智能决策的重要性,综合考虑提高负荷率和提高能效2个方面,研究智能决策的要素和实现手段,并阐述有序用电智能决策的相关辅助支撑,包括数据源分析、执行效果评价以及有序用电业务模型,同时结合具体案例对相关模型和方法进行了详细说明。
This paper analyzes tire significance and the goal of orderly use of electricity, anti combined with the theory of DSM and DR, discusses the importance of intelligent decision on the orderly use of electricity. This paper studies on the elements of intelligent decision-making and implementation method from improving the load rate and energy efficiency. In addilion this paper introduces tire auxiliary, support of orderly power use management and assurance measures, including the analysis of data source, performance evaluation and the actual conditions of Foshan area.
