摘要
结合供热过程的特性,提出了一种双闭环控制系统。这种控制系统以温度调节环为外环,风机转速调节环和水流量调节环为内环。温度调节环根据当前温度和给定温度的差通过温度调节器给风机转速调节环和水流量调节环设定风机频率、水流量。风机转速调节环通过模糊PID控制器控制风机的转速,水流量调节环通过模糊PID控制器调节冷水的流量,最终可以实现对系统温度的控制。提出的模糊PID控制技术用于参数时变的加热器模型时可以取得良好的动态控制性能,较高的控制精度和温度调节能力。
Combined with the characteristics of heating pro- cess, this paper presents a double closed-loop control system. The temperature control loop is as external loop, fan rotating speed ad- justing loop and the water flow regulation loop is as internal loop. The temperature adjusting loop sets fan frequency and water flows for fan rotating speed adjusting loop and the water flow regulation loop according to difference between the current temperature and the given temperature by the regulator to the fan speed adjusting loop and the water flow regulation loop. Fan rotation regulation lo0p controls the speed through the fuzzy PID controller. Water flow regulation loop regulate the cold water flow through the fuzzy PID controller, finally can to achieve the control of the system tem- perature. Fuzzy PID control technology proposed in this paper for time- varying parameters can obtain good dynamic control perfor- mance, perfect control precision and high temperature adjustment ability.
