摘要
长期以来营业档案一直以纸质形式流转存放,存在着保管难、查询难、监督难等问题,给专业管理监督带来不便。针对这一情况,通过拓展营销业务应用系统功能,将业扩流程中记录工作过程的纸质资料全部转换为电子图像并随业务处理保存在系统服务器中,实现了客户档案从实物管理向数字化、智能化管理的重大转变,保证了业扩报装服务质量,提高了管理水平。智能化客户档案管理系统适用于业扩报装、变更用电、计量故障、申请校表等各类用电业务、客户档案管理以及对电力客户的售后服务。
: Electric supply business records anti files had been preserved on paper for a long time, which makes it difficult for keeping, inquiring and supervising. To solve this problem, mar- keting business system has been developed and paper files are transferred into digit data and preserved in the service computer during business process. All above make it possible to improve ser- vice quality and managing level. Intelligent business records man- aging system can be utilized in many kinds of business and ser- vice, such as, supply applying, supply changing, measure hitch and applying examination.
