大数据时代下高职就业质量体系的构建

The Employment Quality System Construction of Higher Vocational Education in the Era of Big Data

利用数据挖掘分析技术,对我国高职院校就业数据进行挖掘分析,搭建就业指导、就业概况、校园活动、成绩、求职、实习等数据库的仓库架构,建构大数据时代下高职就业质量体系,开发新的就业信息网络和职业生涯规划导向功能,以及开发招聘会管理系统,以提高学生的就业质量,提升高职就业指导工作水平,增强企业的招聘效率.

Using data mining, this paper analyses the employment data of the vocational sclaools m China. A database of employment guidance, employment situation, campus activities, academic achievement, job hunting and internship is created. The employment quality system of vocational schools in the era of big data is built up. A new employment information network, career planning guidance, recruitment management system is developed. All these efforts can improve the students＇ employment prospect, upgrade the level of employment guidance for vocational schools and enhance the enterprise recruitment efficiency.
