摘要
目的：探讨影响血站血液检验标本误差的相关因素，提出相应的管理措施，以确保血液检验标本质量。方法对我站2011年1月～2014年1月间出现的55例血液检验标本误差给予回顾性分析，探究影响血液检验标本误差的相关因素，并提出相应的管理措施，以提高血站血液标本质量。结果影响我站55例血液检验标本出现误差的主要原因有：献血者自身原因、血液采集过程中存在的质量问题、血液标本送检原因、标本检验原因。结论影响血站血液检验标本误差的原因较多，为提高血液质量，不仅要做好献血知识宣传，更要提高血站工作人员的业务素质，加强防范工作，从而提高血站血液检验质量。
Objective To explore the affect on related factors blood stations blood test specimen error, put forward to the correspond management measures, to ensure the quality of blood test specimen. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 55 cases error of blood test specimens from January 2014 to January 2011 in our station, to explore the related factors of influence blood test specimen error, and propose the corresponded management measures, in order to improved the quality of blood stations blood specimen. Results The main reasons of 55 patients blood test specimens appear error were blood donors themselves, the quality problems in the process of blood collection, blood samples inspection, test specimens. Conclusion The cause of the error influence blood stations blood test specimen is more, to improve the quality of blood, not only to the blood donation knowledge propaganda, but als improve blood stations staff＇s service quality, strengthen the prevention work, so as to improve the quality of blood stations blood tests.
