摘要
目的：研探讨三阴型乳腺癌的临床病理特征和预后情况。方法回顾性分析2011年1月～2013年1月在我院接受治疗的原发性乳腺癌患者200例，根据免疫组织化学表达情况分为两组，三阴型乳腺癌组30例，非三阴型乳腺癌170例，比较两组的病理特点及预后情况。结果两组患者的疾病在组织学分级上，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；三阴型乳腺癌组疾病复发转移率高于非三阴型乳腺癌组，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论三阴型乳腺癌病理恶性程度比较高，病情容易复发和转移，预后比较差。
Objective To explore the triple negative breast clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis condition. Methods Retrospective analysis 200 patients with primary breast cancer who has received treatment from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital. Divided into two groups by immunohistochemistry expression, 30 cases in triple negative breast cancer group and 170 cases in none of triple negative breast cancer group. Compared the two groups pathological characteristics and prognosis condition. Results Compared with two groups disease in histological grade, P0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Three negative breast cancer has high malignant degree, easy relapse and metastasis and poor prognosis.
