IDO在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO,indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase)在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达与肿瘤临床和病理的关系。方法取100例手术切除乳腺癌蜡块标本,病理HE染色均确诊为乳腺浸润性导管癌,另取乳腺癌癌旁组织作为对照组织,采用免疫组织化学染色检测IDO在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况。结果 100例乳腺癌组织中IDO表达总阳性率为48.00%,IDO的表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小等无关,与乳腺癌的组织学分级密切相关。结论 IDO可促进乳腺癌的浸润和转移,在乳腺癌的发展、转移中起重要作用,检测VEGF的叙述可作为乳腺癌恶性程度、浸润转移等生物学行为的参考指标。 Objective To explore the IDO, indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase relationship of tumor clinical and pathology in breast inifltrating ductal carcinoma and the expression. Methods Selected 100 cases of breast cancer paraffin block specimen’s resection operation, pathological HE staining was diagnosed as breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma, took breast cancer adjacent tissues as control tissue, the expression by immunohistochemical staining of IDO in breast cancer. Results 100 cases of expression of IDO in breast cancer tissues total positive rate was 48%, IDO expression was none business of patient’s age, tumor size et al, and it was related to the histological grading of breast cancer closely. Conclusion IDO can promote the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer, it play an important role in the development, metastasis of breast cancer, to detect the expression of VEGF can be used as a reference marker of malignant degree, breast cancer invasion and metastasis.
