摘要
目的探讨二维超声联合四维超声对产前诊断胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法选取1 500例孕中晚期孕妇作为研究对象,先经二维超声诊断,并对疑似胎儿畸形的孕妇进行四维超声诊断,将诊断结果与胎儿引产或者出生后情况进行比较,计算诊断符合率。结果二维超声四维超声联合诊断胎儿畸形和胎儿体表畸形的准确率均优于单独二维超声诊断,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论四维超声能对胎儿的体表畸形进行动态观察,作为二维超声的有效补充,能够提高胎儿畸形的产前诊断准确率。
Objective To explore clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound combine with four-dimensional ultrasound for prenatal diagnosis fetal malformation. Methods Selected 1500 cases pregnant women in middle and advanced stage as research subjects, two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis ifrst, given four-dimensional ultrasound to pregnant women who had suspected fetal malformations, compared diagnosis results after fetal abortion or birth, calculated the diagnosis rate. Results Four-dimensional ultrasound combined with two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malformations and accurate rate were better than the two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis only, P〈0.05, had difference statistical signiifcance. Conclusion The four-dimensional ultrasound dynamic observe fetal surface malformations, as an effective complement to the two-dimensional ultrasound, improve prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation increase accuracy.
