超声医学在诊断慢性肾衰竭患者心脏损害方面的作用

To Explore the Function of Ultrasonic Medicine in Chronic Renal Failure Patients With Cardiac Damage

目的：探讨分析慢性肾衰竭（CRF）患者临床心脏受损情况，对影响损伤的因素进行分析。方法选取2012年1月～2013年1月我院收治的30例慢性肾衰竭患者作为观察组，同期无慢性肾衰竭的患者作为对照组进行对比分析。对两组患者的LAD，LAPWs，LAPWd， IVSTd，IVSTs结果进行对比，了解慢性肾衰竭患者的心功能受损情况。结果经过检查发现，观察组患者的LAD，LAPWs，LAPWd，IVSTd， IVSTs比对照组高，有28例患者心脏彩超出现了异常情况，占93.3%。同时SV，EF，A，E比对照组高，有29例异常病例，占96.6%。且对照组患者心脏超声诊断显示存在左室扩大、左室肥厚、左房扩大、瓣膜反流及心功能不全等情况。结论心脏彩超诊断准确率高，临床中采取透析治疗，控制血压，改善贫血，对慢性肾衰竭患者心脏并发症的预防和治疗效果好。

Objective To explore and analysis of chronic renal failure （CRF） patients with heart damage in clinical, and analysis influence factors of damage. Methods Selected 30 cases with chronic renal failure fromJanuary 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital as the observation group, patients without chronic renal failure in the same period as the control group were analyzed. Compared with patient’s LAD, LAPWs, LAPWd, IVSTd, IVSTs in two groups, understand chronic renal failure patients cardiac damage function. Results The observation group patient’s LAD, LAPWs, LAPWd, IVSTd, IVSTs was higher in the control group, there were 28 cases had abnormalities cardiac ultrasound accounted for the 93.3%, after examination, Meanwhile SV, EF, A, E were higher than the control group, 29 patients with abnormal cases, accounting for 96.6%. And echocardiography diagnosis of patients in the control group showed the presence of left ventricular enlargement, left ventricular hypertrophy, left atrial enlargement, valvular regurgitation and heart failure and other conditions. Conclusion Cardiac ultrasound is higher diagnostic accuracy rate, patients adopt dialysis treatment in clinical, control blood pressure, improve anemia, is good for prevent and treatment the chronic renal patients has failure heart complications.
