摘要
目的：探讨乳牙龋病的填充治疗。方法选取2013年6月～2014年12月收治的乳牙龋病45例的临床治疗方法资料进行分析。结果45例患者共56颗患牙，经治疗有效51颗，失败5颗。结论去除龋蚀的牙体组织，制备洞型，采用牙科材料恢复牙体外形。治疗计划中应考虑恒牙的发育状态和乳牙根吸收的程度，同时还应考虑患儿患龋的风险及患儿对治疗的配合程度。
Objective To explore the treatment of deciduous teeth iflling . Methods Selected 45 cases with deciduous teeth caries from June 2013 to December 2014 clinical data were analyzed. Results 45 cases of 56 teeth, 51 cases treatment effective, 5 cases failed. Conclusion The removal of dental caries tissue, prepared hole type, use of dental materials recovery teeth shape. Therapy plan should be consider the extent of permanent root resorption of deciduous teeth, take into account the risk of dental caries in children and in children with the degree of treatment.
