临床外科乳腺增生产生癌变的外科手术治疗分析

Analysis the Clinical Surgery Treatment of the Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Produce Canceration

目的研究外科手术治疗乳腺增生的癌变情况,对其治疗过程和实际效果进行探讨。方法根据患者癌变情况,分别以外科手术和化疗两种方法对乳腺增生患者进行治疗,前种方法通过切除增生组织来达到治疗目的 ,后种方法通过对癌变组织进行化疗来达到治疗目的。结果外科手术的治疗效果高于化疗,二者相结合,临床疗效更为显著。结论采用临床外科手术治疗乳腺增生产生的癌变,配合化疗方法可进一步提高临床疗效。

Objective To study the cancerous conditions of surgical treatment for hyperplasia of mammary glands, and discuss the treatment and the actual effect of surgical treatment for hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods According to the cancer patients, respectively by two methods of surgery and chemotherapy of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands treatment, the former method by resection of hyperplasia of the organization to achieve the purpose of treatment and after method through of carcinogenesis of chemotherapy to achieve the purpose of therapy. Results The effect of surgical treatment was signiifcantly higher than that of chemotherapy, and the clinical effect of the two was more obvious. Conclusion The clinical surgical treatment of breast hyperplasia produced by cancer, the effect is remarkable, with chemotherapy can further improve the clinical effect.
