前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的临床治疗分析

Analysis Clinical Treatment of Hyperplasia of Prostate Combine With Cystolith

目的：分析前列腺增生症（BPH）合并膀胱结石的临床治疗方法及疗效。方法搜集2013年11月～2014年11月我院BPH合并膀胱结石39例，按照不同治疗方式将其分成研究组与对照组。研究组接受微创治疗，共20例；对照组接受开放手术，共19例。观察比较两组疗效。结果两组相比，研究组手术时间较短；出血量较少；并发症的发生率较低，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论微创治疗前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石临床效果较好。

Objective To explore clinical treatment effect and methods in treatment of hyperplasia of prostate combine with cystolith. Methods Selected 39 cases with hyperplasia of prostate combine with cystolith from November 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital, divided into the study group and control group as different treatment methods, 20 patients in study group were given minimally-invasive surgery treatment, while 19 patients in control group were given open surgery treatment and then observed treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’ surgical time was shorter, less amount of bleeding and lower Complication occurrence rate, P〈0.05,had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Minimally-invasive surgery clinical effect is better in treatment hyperplasia of prostate combine with cystolith.
