浅谈阴虱病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Pubic Phthiriasis

目的：探讨阴虱病的临床用药方法及治疗效果。方法选取门诊50例阴虱病患者临床治疗方法资料进行分析。结果所有患者经7～10天治疗均治愈，治愈率100%。结论5%苄氯菊酯霜剂是目前治疗的首选药物，杀菌、消炎、预防感染，疗程短、效果好。患者可剃掉阴毛，煮洗或熨烫内衬裤，家庭成员及密切接触者也需要治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical effect on pubic phthiriasis treatment methods. Methods Selected 50 cases with pubic phthiriasis clinical date were analyzed. Results All patients were cured after 7 to 10 days, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion 5% permethrin cream drug is the first choice to treatment, sterilization, diminish inflammation, infection prevent, short course of treatment and good effect. Patients can shave pubic hair, wash or iron boil drawers, family members and close contacts of patients also need treatment.
