摘要
目的研究分析心律失常患者的动态心电图临床应用价值。方法选取我院心内科的62例心律失常患者来进行研究分析,对患者接受常规心电图和动态心电图的检测结果进行比较分析。结果窦性心动过速、过缓、房性早搏等临床疾病的诊断使用动态心电图诊断的诊出率高于常规心电图。对房颤的诊出率,两种诊断方法的差异性不大。结论使用动态心电图可以对患者提供24 h不间断的心电变化监测,对患者心律失常提供较好的诊断效果。
Objective To study and analysis the clinical application value of cardiac arrhythmia in patients with dynamic electrocardiogram. Methods Selected 62 cases with arrhythmia in department of Cardiology in our hospital were analysis, detection results of patients undergoing routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram comparative were analysis. Results Nodal tachycardia, bradycardia, premature beat and other clinical diseases used dynamic ECG in the diagnosis of the detection rate was higher than that the conventional ECG. On diagnosed with little difference rate of two kinds of diagnostic methods. Conclusion The changes of ECG monitoring using dynamic electrocardiogram of patients can provide 24 hours of uninterrupted, provide a good diagnosis effect on patients with arrhythmia diagnosis, can obtain good reference materials.
