多发肋骨骨折通过胸部护板固定的治疗效果分析

Analysis Treatment Effect on Fixed Multiple Rib Fractures by Chest Backplate

目的研究分析多发肋骨骨折患者通过胸部护板固定治疗的临床效果。方法选取100例多发肋骨骨折患者,实验组行胸部护板行外固定治疗,对照组依据传统胸带固定治疗。结果实验组在治疗各个阶段的VAS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过对多发性肋骨骨折患者采用胸部护板固定治疗,临床效果显著。

Objective Research and analysis the clinical effect on fixed Multiple rib fractures by chest backplate. Methods Selected 100 cases with multiple rib fractures, the experimental group underwent chest protection plate external fixation treatment and control group on the basis of the traditional chest belt fixation. Results The treatment of all stages of the experimental group VAS scores was lower than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Through the use of patients with multiple rib fractures fixation chest guard, clinical effect is remarkable.
