应用依达拉奉联合奥拉西坦治疗大面积脑梗塞的疗效研究

Application Curative Effect on Edaravone Combined With Olathe of Treatment Extensive Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨依达拉奉联合奥拉西坦治疗大面积脑梗死的临床效果。方法随机将136例大面积脑梗死患者分为观察组和对照组,每组68例。观察组采用依达拉奉联合奥拉西坦进行治疗。对照组单纯给予奥拉西坦进行治疗。比较两组临床有效率、NIHSS评分、CSS评分。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.59%,对照组患者总有效率为79.41%。观察组总有效率优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。治疗半个月后,两组NIHSS、CSS评分均优于治疗前,但观察组改善幅度优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论依达拉奉与奥拉西坦联合治疗大面积脑梗死临床效果显著,同时可改善患者神经功能,提高患者生活质量,安全性高。

Objective To explore the curative effect on edaravone combined with olathe of treatment extensive cerebral infarction. Methods 136 cases with extensive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group has 68 cases. Observation group adopt edaravone oxiracetam treatment. The control group were given oxiracetam treatment. Comparied two clinical efifciency, NIHSS score, CSS score. Results Observation group of patients total effective rate was 95.59%, the control group of patients the total effective rate was 79.41%. the observation group total effective rate was better than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Half a month after treatment, two groups of NIHSS, CSS score were better than the before treatment, but the observation group improved range was better than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The clinical effects on edaravone combine with oxiracetam to treatment massive cerebral infarction is remarkale, it can improve neurological function and i quality of life.
