地塞米松在治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis Clinical Curative Effect on Dexamethasone in Viral Myocarditis

目的：分析地塞米松治疗成人病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月～2015年2月我院成人病毒性心肌炎74例，按照治疗方式不同将其分成两组，各34例。对照组实施常规治疗，研究组在此基础上应用地塞米松。观察两组效果，并分析比较。结果研究组治疗有效率较高，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论地塞米松在成人病毒性心肌炎中的运用效果显著。

Objective Analyze effect of dexamethasone in the treatment of viral myocarditis in adults. Methods Selected 74 cases with adult viral myocarditis from June 2013 to February 2013 in our hospital, according to the different treatment to be divided into two groups. The control implementation of regular treatment, the research group on the basis of＆nbsp;the application of dexamethasone, each group of 34 cases. observed the effect of two groups and the analysis and comparison. Results The research group efifcient was higher, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Dexamethasone in adult viral myocarditis effect is remarkable.
