摘要
目的观察尼莫地平注射液治疗头痛的临床疗效。方法搜集本院2014年1月～2015年1月诊治的42例头痛患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，观察组采用尼莫地平药物，参照组采用头痛宁胶囊，观察并对比疗效。结果两组比较，观察组治疗总有效率为95.5%、不良反应的发生率9.1%高于参照组的80.0%（16/20）、25.0%（5/20），P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论尼莫地平注射液治疗头痛的疗效显著，能够加快患者的恢复，提高治愈率。
Objective Observation effect on nimodipine intravenous injection treatment of Headache. Methods Selected 42 cases with headache from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, divided them into study group and control group as their hospitalization sequence. the study group given nimodipine medication treatment, while the control group given toutongning capsule medication treatment and then compared treatment effects with two groups. Results The study group treatment efifcacy was 95.5% higher than the control group 80.0%, besides, the study group side-effect incidence rate was 9.1% lower than 25.0% the control group, P〈0.05,had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Nimodipine intravenous injection treatment of headache is efficacy, it conducive to improving patients’ recovery and increasing treatment efifcacy.
