血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效分析

The Clinical Curative Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Treating Migraine

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法 96例偏头痛患者分为两组,对照组行西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行血府逐瘀汤治疗,治疗3个疗程后比较两组临床治疗效果。结果比较两组临床总有效率,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛效果优于西药的方法 。

Objective To explore the clinical effect on Chinese medicine treating migraine. Methods 96 cases of migraine were divided into two groups, control group of Western medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, treatment after 3 course of comparing two groups of clinical therapeutic effect. Results To compare the clinical total effective rate in both groups, found the observation group was significantly better than that of control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treating migraine was better than simply using the method of western medicine.
