术中应用参附注射液对老年高血压患者全髋关节置换术围手术期的心肌保护作用

Application Effect of Shenfu Injection for Elderly Patients With Hypertension in Perioperative Period Myocardial Protective of Total Hip Replacement Arthrooplasty

目的探讨术中应用参附注射液对老年高血压患者全髋关节置换术围手术期的心肌保护作用。方法将80例合并高血压的全髋关节置换术老年患者随机分为对照组和观察组进行分析。结果观察组和对照组与T0(麻醉前)相比,观察组的其余指标与T0均无统计学差异;除T0外,观察组其余观察点(T1,T2,T3,T4)的SBP、DBP、MAP和H R均优于对照组。结论参附注射液可降低高血压患者围术期心肌缺血的发生率,术中应用参附可减少手术期间的血流动力学指标波动。

Objective To explore the effect on Shenfu Injection for elderly patients with hypertension in perioperative period myocardial protective of total hip replacement arthrooplasty. Methods Divided 80 cases with total hip replacement arthroplasty in elderly hypertensive patients into the observation group and the control group randomly. Results The observation group compared with the control group, and T0, there was no significant difference in other indexes and T0 of the observation group, the observation group except T0, the other point of observation, DBP SBP, MAP and HR were better than the control group. Conclusion Shenfu injection can reduce the patients with hypertension incidence perioperative myocardial ischemia occurance rate, application of Shenfu hemodynamics fluctuation can be reduced during operation.
