中药药材真伪鉴定中半显微状鉴定临床应用分析

Analysis Clinical Application of Chinese Medicine Authenticity Identification of Hemi-micro Shape and Properties

目的探讨中药药材在真伪鉴定中,半显微状鉴定法的作用。方法本次研究选取了虞美人种子、罂粟、鹤虱以及蛇床子这四种中药药材作为本次研究的研究对象,并将虞美人与罂粟作为对照组,另外两种药材最为实验组,对两组药材分别采用放大镜鉴定法、扫描仪鉴定法以及体视显微镜鉴定法来进行鉴定。结果虽然放大镜鉴定法操作方便简单,但鉴别的效果不佳,扫描仪鉴定法的鉴定效果要比放大镜鉴定法更准确,而体视显微镜鉴定法的鉴定结果最精确。结论通过本次研究的鉴定结果可以了解到,采用半显微状鉴定法对中药药材的真伪进行鉴定准确。

Objective To explore the function of Chinese medicine authenticity identification, hemi-micro shape and properties. Methods Selected the corn poppy seed, poppy,common carpesium fruit, fructus cnidii these four kinds of Chinese medicinal as object of study, corn poppy seed and poppy as the control group, common carpesium fruit and fructus cnidii as the experimental group, two groups were used for magnifying glass identiifcation method and microscope scanner identiifcation method respectively to identify. Results Magnifying glass identification method was simple and esay but the effect of identiifcation was poor, the scanner identification method was more accurate than microscopy identification method, and stereoscopic microscope identiifcation method was the most of accurate. Conclusion We can know that using Hemi-micro shape and properties method of Chinese medicinal materials is accurate.
