小儿健脾丸治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效评价

The Clinical Curative Effect on Xiao'er Jianpi Wan to Treatment of Infantile Anorexia

目的：探究小儿健脾丸治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选自我院2013年3月～2014年2月收治的68例小儿厌食症患儿，依据入院顺序单双号随机分为实验组与参照组，每组34例。实验组患儿应用小儿健脾丸治疗，参照组患儿应用常规西药治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患儿的治疗总有效率为91.18%，参照组患儿的治疗总有效率为73.53%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论小儿健脾丸治疗小儿厌食症具有显著效果，且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect on xiao’er jianpi wan to treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods Selected 68 cases infantile anorexia from March 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital, divided into experimental group and control group as sequence to hospital randomly, each group has 34 cases. Experimental group treatment of xiao’er jianpi wan,while control group treatment of conventional western medicine, compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results Experimental group total effective rate was 91.18%, control group total effective rate was 73.53%, P〈0.05,had difference statistical signiifcance. Conclusion Xiao’er jianpi wan treatment of infantile anorexia has signiifcant effect, and high safety.
