机械因素导致开放性损伤患者的护理

Nursing Care Patient of Mechanical Factors Result in Openness Injure

目的总结、探讨临床上由于机械因素导致患者开放性损伤的护理问题、急救措施与护理方案。方法选取我院急症入院由于机械因素导致开放性损伤患者64例,根据护理记录分析总结患者的护理问题、抢救措施、创口清理、预防并发症等。结果 64例患者有4例因严重感染导致死亡,死亡率5%。结论迅速有效的急救措施降低了患者的感染率及并发症,给抢救患者实施手术争取了时间,有效预防并发症,带来了良好的预后效果。

Objective To summarize and explore the nursing problem, emergency treatment and nursing project of mechanical factors result in patient with openness injure. Methods Selected 68 cases with openness injure in our hospital due to mechanical factors, summarized and explored the patients nursing problems, emergency measures, wound cleaned, prevention of complications et al by nursing records. Results 4 cases death with severe infection in 68 patients, the mortality rate was 5%. Conclusion Rapid and effective emergency measures to reduce the patient＇s infection rate and complications, save time for the surgery, prevention of complications effectively, with a good prognosis to patients.
