摘要
目的探讨急性白血病患者的临床护理。方法对40例急性白血病患者临床的护理方法分析。结果经治疗后完全缓解24例,部分缓解10例,自动出院5例,死亡1例。结论了解疾病相关知识,积极治疗改善症状。患者在化疗期间需努力进食,保证营养。坚持用药,定期强化治疗,巩固和维持疗效,定期复诊,病情变化能及时就诊。
Objective To explore the clinical care of patients with acute leukemia. Methods Analysis clinical nursing methods of 40 cases with acute leukemia. Results 24 cases of complete remission after treatment, 10 cases partial remission, 5 cases were auto left hospital, one case died. Conclusion Understanding disease-related knowledge, active treatment, symptoms improved. Patients should eating more food during chemotherapy efforts to ensure nutrition. Adhere to medication, regular intensive therap, consolidate and maintain efifcacy, regular referral, the patient＇s condition can be timely treatment.
