老年急性肠梗阻保守治疗中的护理分析

Nursing Analysis on Elderly Patients of Acute Intestinal Obstruction Treated With Conservative Treatment

目的：探究老年急性肠梗阻保守治疗中应采取的护理措施和效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年8月收治的31例老年急性肠梗阻患者保守治疗中进行护理，随机分组，实验组18例患者采取综合护理，对照组13例患者给予常规护理，观察患者护理后的身体情况。结果实验组护理有效率为94.44%，对照组护理有效率为76.92%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论老年急性肠梗阻患者在保守治疗中给予综合护理，能够促进身体恢复，减轻身体不适。

Objective To explore nursing methods and effect on elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction. Methods Selected 31 elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction March 2013 to August 2014 , divided them into two groups randomly, 18 patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing, while 13 patients in control group are given conventional nursing ,compared patients’ physical condition recovery between two groups. Results Patients’ nursing efficacy in study group is 95.44%,while nursing efficacy in control group is 76.92%,there is a differential between these two groups, P〈0.05, had differential statistic signiifcance. Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing to elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction who are given conservative treatment is conducive to promoting patients’ recovery and relieving their uncomforting symptom.
